Volunteer Registration

Volunteer Instructor Requirements

Please note that to register as a volunteer instructor with CADS, you must already know how to ski or snowboard. This means having basic skiing or snowboarding skills and being able to ski/snowboard from the top of COP. If you need ski/snowboard lessons, please visit the Winsport/Canada Olympic Park website.

Ways to Register to Volunteer for CADS Calgary

In Person Registration:

The main in person Volunteer registration for the CADS Calgary 2017-18 season will be held at the Canada Olympic Park, September 30 from 10 am – 2 pm.

The next opportunity to register in person will be on the Student Registration day, Saturday October 28, from noon to 2 pm. The location is the COP Daylodge, cafeteria level.

New volunteers are required to register in person unless already cleared by the supervisors; returning volunteers may register in person, by mail, or on line.

Forms: Download the two registration forms by clicking on the red links below to print copies that you can complete ahead of time and bring with you. Please note: These are not “online” registration forms.

Membership fee: $40 is required at the time of registration for your annual CADS membership fee, payable by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or debit.

Online Registration

We are very excited to offer this option to our returning volunteers.  It will allow you to register when it is convenient for you and will help to reduce the amount of paper we are currently using.

Payment can be made using PayPal, Credit or Debit cards.

Detailed instructions on how to register are included in this document.
